Welcome to CatalogIQOS

CatalogIQOS is a catalog-intelligence workspace for auditing, protecting, organizing, optimizing, and exporting music metadata. It is not a distributor. A Workspace is the organization and access boundary; each Workspace contains one or more Catalogs; each Catalog contains tracks and their audio, rights, intelligence, and delivery records.

The navigation groups work into Catalog tools for tracks and imports, Business tools for rights and pitches, Intelligence tools for audits and recommendations, and Operations tools for jobs, exports, settings, and activity. Your active Workspace and Catalog determine which records most pages display.

You need an account or Workspace invitation. Have a small representative spreadsheet and, if available, master audio files ready. During beta, capabilities and plan entitlements may change; review any beta notice before relying on a workflow for a deadline.

Sign in and begin at Command Center (/dashboard). Use the catalog switcher before opening Tracks, Spreadsheet Data Hub, Audio Import, Rights, Audit, or Export.

1. Confirm the Workspace shown in the application shell and select the Catalog that should own the records.
2. Open Spreadsheet Data Hub to upload metadata, map source columns, and validate proposed actions.
3. Review warnings and blockers; validation is a preview and does not persist tracks.
4. Select the explicit Import N Tracks action when the proposed changes are correct.
5. Open Tracks to review the persisted records, then attach audio in Audio Import where needed.
6. Run Catalog Audit and review AI suggestions before accepting changes to canonical metadata.
7. Resolve rights and readiness issues, then create an export for the intended destination.

Imported tracks belong to the selected Catalog. Audit and CatalogIQ indicators update from persisted catalog data. Exports reflect canonical records, not unaccepted AI suggestions or validation previews.

Import a small batch first, keep ISRC and party identifiers consistent, and treat validation, persistence, review, and export as separate checkpoints.

Records appear missing when the wrong Catalog is active or when a spreadsheet was validated but not imported. AI suggestions do not become canonical until an authorized user accepts them.

Check the active Catalog, Data Hub execution status, and Jobs page. If an action is unavailable, confirm your Workspace role. Include the route and diagnostic reference when reporting a beta issue.
