Overview
CatalogIQ is a deterministic readiness indicator calculated from existing CatalogIQOS data. It summarizes metadata quality, audio readiness, rights readiness, and related operational signals. It does not predict revenue, guarantee a sync placement, certify ownership, or promise acceptance by a destination.
Before you begin
Select the correct Workspace and Catalog. Complete pending imports and saves because validation previews and unaccepted AI suggestions are not canonical inputs.
Where to find it
Open Intelligence → CatalogIQ at /catalogiq-score; summary indicators can also appear on Command Center.
Step-by-step instructions
- Confirm the active Catalog and review the overall score and component weights.
- Open the lowest component to understand which persisted signals are incomplete.
- Use Catalog Audit or Rights Validation to locate actionable source findings.
- Correct records in Track Detail, Rights Library, or Audio Import as appropriate.
- Explicitly refresh CatalogIQ when the page offers that action and compare the new snapshot.
What happens next
A refreshed snapshot reflects current eligible records. Improvements can raise one component without changing another. Snapshot history is saved only on an explicit refresh or a supported meaningful event.
Best practices
Use component trends to prioritize work, not as a substitute for reviewing individual findings. Fix systematic source issues before isolated cosmetic gaps.
Common problems
A score may remain unchanged because work is still queued, the wrong Catalog is active, or the changed field is outside the relevant component. A high score is not legal clearance.
Troubleshooting
Confirm persistence, check Processing Queue, then refresh once. Compare Catalog Audit and Rights Validation for unresolved evidence. Report the catalog and snapshot time when a component appears inconsistent.
