Common warnings
- Missing original title or composer: complete attribution on the underlying-work card.
- Missing territory or basis: scope and support the assertion.
- Missing arranger or control: select a same-workspace Contributor and save the relationship.
- Needs Review: obtain and record authoritative support.
Import and permissions
Imports set Public Domain only from an explicitly mapped status column; composer text never triggers it. Arrangement names create or reuse a workspace Contributor but still require human review. Viewers can read the layers but cannot save changes. If a migrated database lacks the new tables, deploy the migration before using the feature.
If a warning remains after saving, refresh the canonical track and verify that you edited the same workspace and track version. A historical composer should appear in Original Composer, while a modern arranger should be a canonical Contributor. If a pitch omits the chain summary, confirm the underlying-work record exists and that master ownership is present when it is being represented. If totals look wrong, inspect arrangement control and master control independently; they are not one combined split. For a changed jurisdiction, update the territory and repeat evidence review. Never clear a warning by inventing a publisher, identifier, percentage, or Worldwide scope.
